	Beach Fleischman Office Building Bourn Properties/Triumph Builders This design-build project, a new 42,000-square foot, two-story, masonry and stucco office building, is located on a 2.6-acre site. The building responds to its surrounding historical context and the scenic corridor requirements while maximizing the potential of the site. RSE was responsible for complete civil engineering services, as well as all documentation to the architect for the development plan approval process and scenic corridor process. Construction cost: $4,000,000.
	TMC Main Campus, New Facilities TMC HealthCare RSE is providing surveying and base map projection services for the TMC Main Campus. RSE will be providing the civil engineering services for a future project to consist of $250-300 million of new facilities, including a new high-rise hospital, medical office buildings, parking structures, roads, and utilities. The project will also entail the demolition of existing structures.

Parks and Recreation

	Curtis Park/Flowing Wells Improvements Pima County Natural Resources, Parks & Recreation RSE is providing civil engineering services for this improvements project to an existing park. The project scope includes lighted baseball fields, restroom, walkways, riparian restoration, dog facility, turf area, ramadas, picnic facilities, playground, landscaping, parking, and security lighting. A community center is planned for a future phase. Construction cost: estimated $1,500,000.
	Brandi Fenton Memorial Park Pima County Natural Resources, Parks & Recreation RSE is providing civil engineering and surveying services for this new 56.7 acre community park which is being developed through a joint effort between Pima County and private funding. The park is located within the Binghampton National Rural Historic Landscape and as such will incorporate existing historical buildings within the new functions of the public park. The soccer fields fit within the historic vegetative windrows and the orchards will be revegetated to emphasis the historic uses within the site. The park will accommodate a unique mix of recreational, equestrian, agricultural education, and historical interpretation uses within the park. Construction cost: estimated $5,800,000.
	Gila County Raceway Programming, Planning, Conceptual Design Gila County Division of Governmental Relations RSE provided programming and planning services for the development of a racecourse layout and to define safety and security requirements. RSE also provided facilities planning including cost estimates to develop the design for all support facilities including grandstands, concessions, restrooms, and ticketing and racing facilities. Construction cost: estimated $5,200,000.
	Blackwater Regional Area Park Gila River Indian Community RSE provided complete civil design, surveying, and construction management services for new park facilities on the reservation. This 40-acre project entailed: ball field renovations and additions; concession stand/restroom facility; picnic areas; basketball courts; football/soccer field; park lighting; and parking. Construction cost: $1,624,000.

Governmental

	Summerhaven Public Works Improvement and Commercial Development Pima County RSE is providing civil engineering and surveying services for rebuilding this mountain resort community that suffered heavy damage from a forest fire in June 2003. The project components entail: 1,700 LF of roadway, 142 parking spaces, 3,550 SF of community buildings, 500 LF of wash area improvements, and 1,400 SF of bridge replacement area. Construction cost: estimated $2,300,000.
	Marana Municipal Complex Town of Marana RSE provided civil engineering and surveying services for this new governmental office facility located on a 20-acre site. RSE provided site concepts, schematic design, design development, open space planning, pedestrian concepts, a development plan, construction documents, drainage design, hydrology and hydraulics, topographical survey, utility coordination/design, and construction management. Construction cost: estimated $18,200,000.
	Kino Public Health Center Expansion Pima County Facilities Management This project included the addition of two new administration and hospital buildings to an existing healthcare campus on an 18.3-acre site. Site improvements included vehicular and pedestrian circulation, utility relocations/adjustments, and parking expansion. RSE provided surveying and civil design engineering services for this project which also entailed the redesign of the widening of the existing entrance roadway to include a landscaped median and modifications to the existing drainage structure. Construction cost: estimated $23,000,000.
	Oro Valley Public Library Town of Oro Valley This new 25,000-SF library is situated on 7.2 acres. The project also entailed the design for a separate secured access and parking facility for the police department. RSE provided survey and civil engineering services, including construction management, for this project that entailed 44,800 SF of paving, 830 LF of sidewalk, 429 LF of 8-inch water main, 9,268-SF site parking lot, 3,160 LF of concrete curb, fire service and fire hydrants, storm flow ponds and catch basins. Construction cost: $5,100,000.

The scope of services included the tentative plant, final plat, grading plan, paving plan, sewer plans, water plans, utility coordination and relocation/modification, ADEQ submittal, and utility demolition plan.
